How Do I Purchase a Product?
Browse to the product you want to purchase, and click on “Cart” SIgn . You’ll then be taken to our checkout page where you can log into your existing Woo account to use saved information or register a new account. Payment system is 100% secure Authorized.net. It will Take only a minute to complete whole process.
I do not have a logo nor am I creative enough to design one myself, can you assist me?
Yes of course! We have a team of very talented designers who would be more than happy to assist you. Just a brief phone call or email describing what you would like included in your logo and then the designers will do their magic. Don’t worry if the logo they come up with is not what you were looking for they will work with you until the logo is perfect for you!
Where is Logo Stuff located and what are your hours?
We are located at 2990 Carney Dr, Sanborn NY 14132. We are open from 9am -5pm EST. Unfortunately, we do not have a retail location but give us a call if you would like to stop by to discuss your ideas for an order.
I want to order custom t-shirts! How do I begin?
You can either go to the DTG Page and design the tshirt by yourself or you can visit the contact page send us a message and our graphic designers can assist you in the process of designing your t-shirt logo.
How soon will my order be ready?
Turn around is usually about a week, but if you need your order sooner we can make it happen.
Is there a minimum quantity required?
No we do not require minimum orders. Each shirt can have a different design or logo. But keep in mind, each shirt gets cheaper with the more shirts you order.
Are there set up or design fees that I should know about?
No, there are no hidden set up or design fees and there never will be!
Does Logo Stuff supply the apparel or do I have to?
That is up to you, if you would like to bring us your own apparel to customize we can do that or you could visit the shop tab on the website to see the apparel we have available. If you do not see what you are looking for, please don’t hesitate contact us.
What type of payment do you accept?

If you’re having trouble logging into your account, please email and we’ll sort it out.
How Do I Buy A Product With My Existing Account?
Ensure that you are logged into the correct account before going to the checkout page. If you aren’t logged in, or you’re logged into the wrong account, you can log in or switch accounts on the checkout page. ALso we support buying product without login. So do not worry about buying product without login.
